These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dropsetsociety.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Drop Set Society ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
Drop Set Society sells apparel and accessories that are printed or produced to order (print-on-demand) through third-party production partners. Because items are made specifically for your order, small variations in color, print placement, or garment texture between individual units are normal and not considered defects.
2. Orders and Payment
- All prices are listed in US dollars.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. We do not store your full payment card details.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of a product.
3. Shipping

4. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, logos, and the Drop Set Society name and crest are the property of Drop Set Society. Purchasing a product gives you the right to own and use that physical item; it does not give you any right to reproduce, redistribute, or resell the artwork or branding itself.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the Site's operation
- Use automated systems to scrape or bulk-purchase inventory
- Submit false or fraudulent order or payment information
6. Limitation of Liability
Drop Set Society is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
